1. About the Site
The Site describes The Village Project's plans to develop walkable communities connected by electric air travel. Its content is general information about plans that are still being developed. Images, renders, maps, timelines and descriptions are illustrative, may change, and are not a promise that any community, home, amenity, aircraft service or route will be built or offered, or offered on any particular terms or timetable.
2. Not an offer of investment or property
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, interest in a company, or real estate. Any such offer would be made only through formal documents and in compliance with applicable law. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Statements on the Site about future plans, technology, regulatory approvals, partners or timing are forward-looking. They reflect our current expectations and involve risks and uncertainties, including the development and certification of electric aircraft, which could cause actual results to differ materially.
